With over 2,400 locations, the gym offers a wide variety of machines suitable for both cardio and strength training, ensuring members don't have to wait long to use them. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, with weights neatly racked and any issues promptly addressed.

Members have praised the gym's staff for being friendly, welcoming, and mature. The gym is described as a "huge family" with a multi-ethnic membership that is respectful and supportive of one another. The gym offers various types of equipment for different exercises, contributing to a positive experience for members.

However, there have been some negative experiences with the staff, particularly with one trainer who was reported to have been disrespectful and unhelpful towards a member. Despite this, the gym is generally well-regarded for its space, cleanliness, and efficiency. The gym also offers convenient amenities, such as showers, and is located near multiple bars and a McDonald's restaurant, providing a complete fitness and social experience for its members.
