Edward came on his day off on a holiday weekend to fix our washing machine… will use him again. Nice to see companies that actually care for the clients… he knew our washing machine not working… filled with clothes and filers with water… unable to open it because it was locked. Got the part in and came on his day off to install it.. 5 stars!!!!

Penny appliance service is a great company. Used them recently for a washer repair. The repair was quick and my washer has been running great ever since. Edward is very knowledgeable and explained the issue so it was easy to understand. He also encouraged me to reach back out to the company if the issue wasn't fixed which gave me piece of mind. Feel lucky to have this company in our community. Thanks again

I've had Penny Appliance come out and service two different appliances I had issues with (my dryer and dish washer) and both times had amazing service from Edward! The guy knows his stuff! He never tried to rip me off or get more money off me and was in and out in no time! Definitely recommend this company!!
