I would like to personally Thank Dr. Chin his colleagues a team for All their Support, Care and Dedication to making this journey that I’ve been on. I had a car accident in which the other driver hit Me from behind causing a Herniated Disk Injury in My neck. I’ve experienced excruciating pain over a period of years now. And, the Entire staff at Pain Relief Associates have been truly amazing.
