Warren was amazing, he identified the problem and swiftly returned to repair them. He was a true gentleman, and very personable. I would say I hope to see him again soon, but I don't want any new plumbing issues. I will say if there is something wrong in my home again, I hope Warren is the man to fix it.

I had a great experience with Marcos Perez from On Point Plumbing Electrical Heating & Air. He came out to inspect an outside electrical outlet issue.
What stood out was his willingness to educate me throughout the visit. He clearly explained possible causes, answered all my questions, and gave practical things to check before moving forward with a potentially costly repair.
Marcos was professional, knowledgeable, and honest, and I appreciated that he focused on helping me understand the issue rather than just pushing for a repair. I would definitely recommend him and On Point.
