The HVAC department came to check the AC and were able to explain the issues in a way that was easy to understand. Now the air conditioner is up and running and cooling better than ever. The technician was very polite, very professional, and took care of the AC problems. The technician diagnosed the problem, found it, and fixed it. The service was excellent. The company is great and the technician was awesome. They got an appointment for the next day. From the AC department to the persistence of the technician who was very professional.
