I've had many homecoming, prom, & bridesmaids dresses for my girls altered here over the years & most recently, my oldest daughter's wedding dress. Alterations are always perfection at a fair price!! Highly recommend! I won't go anywhere else but here!
I love taking my clothes here! It's a small, unassuming shop and her work is so neat; I can't see evidence of any changes when I look at my items post-fix. Her turnaround time is also great, I've had things ready in 2-7 days each time. Whenever I ask for small tweaks, she does so without charging more than the original quote.In fact my first experience presented quite the challenge, haha! I'd ordered a custom princess gown online, and I needed the corset boning adjusted, pads removed, the back neckline raised, and more -- in less than a week! GREAT customer service! Tailoring doing in a timely manner & isn't overly price. I got a dress hemmed & pressed for my best friend's wedding I didn't try it on after picking it up (my mistake) and it ended up still being a bit long, but again my mistake I should have tried it on. Went back to get another dress cleaned, repaired, and pressed she asked about my bridesmaid's dress I mentioned it being too long & she said please bring it back I will fix it. I thought 1. How thoughtful to ask & 2. What amazing service to want to make it right.
