I've been to this location of next level several times and have always been very happy. This however was not one of those times.
Both the technician and the provider just made me feel like they were trying to rush through my visit. They were both very nice but you could tell they were in a rush and wanted to get me over with and out of there.
Case in point: I indicated that once before when I came in with the same symptoms, that provider just gave me an addition to a antibiotic, he gave me an inhaler but I did not remember what kind it was. The provider said she would look it up.
I went to Next Level Urgent Care this morning for an eye infection. The checkin process was easy, very little wait time and everyone was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

Our experience was incredible they were so kind and patient with us, Rey was so helpful and was super helpful and informed on our needs! Ivan was incredibly patient as well even though we were being a bit difficult (eye drops are hard for me) he was patient and kind the whole way through!
