He was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything in detail. The technician who worked on the unit was great too. My AC was finally fixed, and my house is nice and cold again! Called Mr. Cool on a Wednesday at 3pm, was at my house by 4:30 the same day. Jose diagnosed the issue and did multiple repairs swiftly. Great experience, will definitely be my go to ac and heat contact moving forward
