I have had a great experience at Massage Envy Cypress, and I especially want to mention my new massage therapist, Kelsey. She has been excellent to work with and really knows exactly which spots need attention. She is efficient, focused, and very good at what she does.
What I appreciate most is that Kelsey does not waste time. She listens, understands where the tension is, and works on the areas that actually need treatment. I always feel like the session is productive and tailored to what my body needs that day.

The lobby is very nice here and the team is amazing and always make sure to take care of you from start to finish! I have received skin care facials from both Jessica & Carisma, as well as a massage from Lorene in the past, and each experience served me very well.

I’ve been going here for years and absolutely love this location. Always super clean and everyone is very friendly and welcoming right when you walk in. I highly recommend Michael for a massage therapist, he did a 10/10 deep tissue massage one of the best massages I’ve gotten!!!!
