Just left the salon. They treat you well but didn’t give me exactly what I wanted. I’m unsure why she did a clear bottom layer, when even in the photos they’re a pretty solid non see through color. Nails were crooked, she did ok with the flowers but I personally wished they were a bit smaller. Hate the French tip, I showed her a picture of how I wanted the French and she didn’t use a detail brush, she just painted like you would a full coat and used acetone to make the shape which made them even more sloppy. After asking if the length of nail was ok, I never got asked again about any of it. Or else I definitely would’ve said something. Again amazing service, I just probably won’t be coming back again due to the quality of nails. There’s not even an apex to the nail.
Update: I got these nails done on a Friday It’s now Tuesday and a nail already broke. I called to see if I could at least get partial refund. They said no and that my choices are to fix the nails that broke for free. Or get another set for 50% off. So atleast another 40-50 minimum for their screw up. Not happy and will not recommend ever going there.

I’ve been going here the last six months or so and the energy is always absolutely lovely and my nails always come out great!! I went in today with no major plan in mind for my nails and was talking to my nail artist, Denise. We end up talking about my cat and she offers to draw a cat on one of my nails and it’s truly the cutest thing ever!! Denise really popped off and did a great job!!

I’ve been coming here for a long time (7 or 8 years I think). They always do a great job. Those who have not been happy need to make sure they speak up during their visit. They always listen to my feedback and make sure they are doing a good job.
Today was the BEST visit I’ve had there. Julie did my nails and Annie did my pedicure. They were conversational and took their time and paid attention to detail.

I can’t say enough good about Denise. She has the softest touch when handling your manicure or pedicure! Even my 10 yr old son comes to her for his ingrown nails. If you’re ever looking to really relax ?ask for her. I really recommend her but the whole salon is amazing, clean and always very professional! ✨✨✨?✨✨✨ you will not regret it!

it was my first time here & i was disappointed. TOO EXPENSIVE for what I asked for on my acrylic nails. I had acrylic on my toes & they were making it seem like a big deal to take it off. seemed to me like the lady just didn't want to deal with the process of removing it. never again.

The worst nail job I’ve ever gotten. My nail lady was booked until end of month so I had to find someone fast and wow is all I can say. I’m filing a complaint with my bank and the BBB. Waste of money

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and have never left disappointed! Lux Nails has the best pedicures in the area, and the salon is always clean and inviting! The hosts are always so professional and kind, and all the nail techs do a great job. Highly recommended to anyone who loves luxurious pedicures

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’ve been there twice and both times my gel polish started chipping after the first week. I thought maybe it was the color I chose and went back a second time and the exact same thing happen. Which lets me know it’s their product. It’s cheap. How do gel polish even chip?! Never had that happen. Will never go back.Services: Nail painting
