It’s been a long 7 years, but it’s time to move on. When you no longer feel valued as a customer, and everything is to upsale , charge, hounding you for the simplest things. It’s no longer a place of peace for me to relax and get my nails done. When the owner makes you feel uncomfortable repeatedly. I just have had enough!! Value your long time customers more and maybe you won’t lose them.
Ms. Kim did my pedicure and massage, I chose #3. She gave me the best massage I've ever had. She was very kind as well and catered to my requests with no problem! love her down ❤
Hanna was my technician today, she was amazing! made sure I liked my nails before I left also when I told her I did not like something she fixed it with a smile on her face! I will be looking forward to booking with Hanna more!
