It’s been a long 7 years, but it’s time to move on. When you no longer feel valued as a customer, and everything is to upsale , charge, hounding you for the simplest things. It’s no longer a place of peace for me to relax and get my nails done. When the owner makes you feel uncomfortable repeatedly. I just have had enough!!
