This place has become a 2nd home for me since joining over 3 years ago. I tried every gym in Cypress but none were what I was looking for to develop my young son, and continue my own BJJ journey after relocating to Texas. Professor Joaquin and team do things the right way, and his jiu jitsu is unreal. Great place to work out. I joined the Cypress cardio for adults that you can do while your kid takes a class. Coach Kelly, is great! She is always making class fun and challenging. People there are great too. Overall great experience!
