Excellent experience working with Pro Jim Dominguez on selecting the most appropriate carpeting for my new office! He educated me on the different styles available and recommended various options within my budget. The install was on time as scheduled and went very smoothly. Highly recommend Jim!

On the sales side, Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and insightful in helping us decide on the best type of floor for our dog loving household. The vinyl floor he helped us chose was spot on and the fact that we have a lifetime warranty and I'm not stressing about the dogs destroying it, is priceless! And who knew vinyl could look so amazing?!On the installation side, I did intercede a few times with making sure they laid the planks transitionally according to color and patterns in the vinyl. Since some boxes had darker tones, & some had lighter tones, so they needed to mix the boxes up a smidge, so all the dark planks were not clumped together.Overall, I... read full review

Dealing with the Jim in the store was great. However when it came to the installation folks have kinda a mix opinions. The installers showed up half way through the day and worked until 5. Looks like they were rushing to get the flooring leveled so they can leave, but don't think the guy applied the lever properly (edge of float some places had sharp edges especially in the closet). Second day they said they were coming at 8 am to start, didn't show up until almost 11, after I called the office asking where they were. They had to stay to almost 8 to finish up the job.
