Love love love Dr. Katy and all of her staff. We really had a great experience!!! We have finally found our new Dentist!!

Very comfortable experience, had great conversations with everyone that assisted me, and they were very helpful and informative when it came to what I had to get done and what I was interested in working on in the future.

Canceled my root canal appointment the DAY BEFORE when I had already confirmed my appointment with them!! I am a pediatric nurse and they were PISSED when I didn’t answer the phone immediately because I was at work actually tending to my patients… God forbid. If you can’t jump when they say jump, I would recommend looking for another dentist because they will throw you to the wolves so fast. They don’t care in the slightest. They used the excuse that they value communication with patients and had to cancel my appointment because I didn’t answer the phone immediately!! There are so many great dentist options in the Fairfield area and this unfortunately is not one of them. Their lack of communication is unacceptable. They were extremely unprofessional over the phone as well. Clarissa specifically gave so much sass and attitude when I expressed my frustrations about having them cancel my important appointment the day before. She was very aggravated that I had the nerve to tell her that this move was shady. Excuse me, My tooth has been causing me pain and I could have gone somewhere respectable already if YOU didn’t cancel last minute. I have every right to be frustrated and you do not have the right to speak to me condescending and be disrespectful. Point blank PERIOD!! Beware if you go to this dentist that they also charge you extra fees and try to sneak them in. Be super alert and check your statement!! They also had employee children running around during my appointment for scans. Highly unprofessional. Take them to day care like a respectable human. Don’t make them my issue and inconvenience I feel like I have become quite good at spotting someone who is fake nice and these people are it. My radar was going off when I went in for my appointment to get scans done but my mother (who goes here) somehow didn’t see it and let me stray from my Just beware when choosing your dentist. If you want honest and respectful this place is NOT IT!! Keep looking!!

10/10 recommend. Super clean, professional, very great a communicating everything you need to know and very flexible with payments however way you need to help you get the service you need to get done. Everyone from front office to back are very sweet and friendly - customer service is they go out do their way to take care of you 100% in every way possible.

Another excellent visit to the dentist today. Victoria did a great job cleaning my teeth and the rest of the staff was very courteous and professional. Very tasteful office decor too.

The entire staff was amazing! I am a new patient and couldn’t have asked for a better first appointment. They were very knowledgeable and understanding for my particular needs. They also devised a treatment plan for me that sounds promising so that I can get back to my best smile ? Definitely recommend!

I have been coming to Dentist Tree of Fairfield since March 2023. I absolutely hate going to the dentist. My first appt. was an emergency and since then Dr. H and Dr. Katy have taken really good care of me. And they have wonderful staff! I highly recommend.
