Had a great experience with Nichole at Cypress Wax Spa. She was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and comfortable. I came in for an ear wax service and she did an excellent job. You can tell she cares about her customers and runs a professional business. Highly recommend Nichole and Cypress Wax Spa if you’re looking for quality service and a great experience.
I have the most sensitive skin. I’ve had my skin ripped off in terrible wax events, I’ve had giant red welts for weeks afterwards but cypress wax spa was a game changer! Pretty much painless and only a few tiny red spots the first day. By the second day most of them have disappeared! I will definitely be going back and I’m so happy they are so close to me!
Waxing is a vital part of my self-care routine. It's hard to find someone with is personable but not to friendly while they are "there"... with the bedside manner and technical skills needed to take such an intrusive and seemingly painful experience be a treat.
