Had my finally walk through today with my builder(lennar). And it went better than expected. Not only did Greg give a great report he also educated me on what to expect from the builders and how to deal with most of those issues. With Greg’s report he gave pictures and examples of how things need to look and the builder followed through on about 90% of what was found. I am very pleased and would not hesitate on hiring or recommending Greg. I also was shopping for a inspector and when I came across Greg, he build my confidence in him and his work that I just stopped my list and made a appointment with him. Greg with cypress inspections is awesome! He did an inspection on a home we are looking to buy and he gave us a detailed report of the home. Also, during the physical inspection he explained everything to us and gave suggestions how to repair. Will tell all my friends and family looking at homes to use this company.
