I hired Allen to repair water damage and was impressed by their knowledge and skills. From the first call to job completion, they did great work! The water damage inspection was done quickly. They did a great job from my initial call to the finish! The communication was excellent. Allen showed their commitment to customer satisfaction, making them a company I highly recommend for water damage!

Like it never happened...I had a dog accidentally pee on very recently installed wool textured carpet. These wool carpets do not clean up as easily compared to a synthetic pile carpet - a cleaner using regular rolling brush/high temp water cleaner would have damaged the carpet. I needed the pro's that my carpet salesperson recommended. The process that Citywide used was extremely detailed and took over 2 hours to do. I also learned what to not do to these carpets from the knowledgeable and patient technicians (as I tend to ask a lot of questions :-) ). Allen with City Wide was absolutely fantastic.
My issue was water damage.
He took the time to educate me about the extent of damage, repair needed, and educated how to address my insurance needs.
Met Friday at my home and immediately worked all weekend to take care of me and my highest financial asset, my home.
In addition, the next week, he went so far as to meet with insurance adjuster field guy himself as my father was ill and I was unavailable.
Then followed up, after work was complete, to see if I was totally pleased.
