I have been using this company for the past year and our cleanings have always been great. Recently I believe they changed our cleaner and the service has gone down really bad. I could go on and on of the bad cleaning I came home too but il just leave it at that. The cherry on top was how I expressed my un satisfaction to them and all I got was “oh sorry”. Nothing was done to make it right and no one reached out to fix it. $180 paid to just move dirt around.

The person cleaning was mopping my floors was using dirty water. I had to text the owner and tell her. The vacuum she brought in was full and dirty etc. Did not get what I paid for.Service: General housekeeping
