TLDR: Overall I highly recommend Air Depot for all of your home HVAC needs. From the office staff to the technicians to the installers they are great to work with and despite a situation where they probably thought I was crazy, they treated me like they would a family member. They all answered all my questions (and I asked a lot) and never made me feel stupid for asking. 10/10 recommend

Just had a meeting with Joe W. and was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise in the field of HVAC. I've done my fair share of research, so much of what Joe told me lined up with what I'd read and reinforced my ideas on what I was looking for. It was good to have someone willing to take the time and sit down to discuss my options as well as give me information so that I could make an informed decision on such a costly investment. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding the purchase of a new HVAC system and help me further my understanding of what would work efficiently for my needs and on my budget.
