Wow! Where do I start? From the moment I walked in the door, the receptionist was attentive, professional and efficient. The check-in process was quick. They called me back immediately. The gentleman who took my vitals was very empathetic to me feeling so bad. He was encouraging that they would hopefully get me to feeling better soon. He got me settled in a room and came back to administer 3 tests to determine what was going on with me. The NP that came in to deliver the results was very professional, sweet and empathetic as well. I was dealing with a piece if plant pot that had been embedded in my finger for 3 weeks. I went to AFC Urgent care and they took care of it! I am soo grateful to NP Renee! She was professional and completely honest with me about options. The outcome was terrific!
Great experience! Easy check-in process, VA authorized clinic. Knowledgeable and personable care. I had swelling and pain in my big toe and right foot. They quickly diagnosed it and sent prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy. Thank you!
