The nursing and reception staff were great. I was very disappointed with the doctor. She seemed to be in such a rush and had very poor bedside manner. My son was complaining of throat pain and when she used the tongue depressor she pushed down on his mouth really forcefully (which of course upset the pain more). She spoke too fast for him to understand in his disoriented sick state and she didn’t really adjust her speed to help him understand her. She was so fast and abrupt that when she prescribed medication it was one he had an allergy to. So when we went to the pharmacy luckily they were paying attention enough to note that she had mistreated him. I was looking for a place to go that was open Sunday but I probably will wait till 10am next time to go the urgent care that I do like. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to others.

Quick and easy booking and wait times. I came on a Saturday afternoon and the provider was friendly and listened to me attentively. I had a great experience here.

You have to be ready to wait a very long time for a doctor. In a small room with a small child in one chair - it's very difficult. And then wait half a day for they send the prescription to the pharmacy. It's a very long wait for everything.

What a horrible experience, 12:20 appointment, arrived at 12:10....and two people in reception that apparently dont have a clue. Rookie service. Never will make another appointment or referral here.

Overpaid for a visit on 2/9/26. After multiple calls to the spring cypress location, there has not been any returned calls to address refund. Front office staff disorganized and tells you different information every time you call.

Front desk’s communication needs work. Tell one person one thing and it’s not communicated to the rest of the staff. Had to wait 30 mins after my appointment time. Someone else was there waiting and she had to wait longer while she’d been waiting for 40 mins

I came in with an active allergic reaction. I told the receptionist that I was having an allergic reaction and that I was working with a workers comp claim. The receptionist didn't even put my information in correctly, didn't give me the information to fill out for the worker's comp claim, and couldn't get my phone number right to fill out the information. I had to wait even longer in an active allergic reaction to be seen because of the lack of skills this receptionist had to just listen. Allergic reactions can kill you if you wait too long and this was progressively getting worse while I sat in their lobby waiting to be seen. If you need actual urgent care, don't go here. The rest of the staff was great and efficient.
