I have been very impressed with A+. I had a new build computer that I could not get to boot. They not only figured out the problem they installed Windows with all of the updates for the OS and motherboard. The cost was, I think, very reasonable. I will use them again should the need arise.

We had a upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 done by Ed.What we got back is like a new computer!! Ed stayed in touch with us while he did the work. Had to upgrade the 10 year old hard drive and CPU in the process. Bottom line, for what we spent, don't think we could have purchased a new computer!! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and all around good folks to do business with. If your having problems with you computer, don't hesitate to take it to them. You wont regret it...

As a Level 5 Guide - This family owned, small shop is impeccable! They reminded me of the parents I never had. We related on levels so very quickly. They knew my exact issue of EFI partition corruption of 300mb (system files) to the true C drive, Ed is diagnosing the IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_TO and I'd pay them again twice for being so down to Earth, and such well-rounded people. They even had help for me in other subjects required and it was truly HEART-WARMING. Such wonderful people, through and through. Thank you so much for all you do, it doesn't go unrecognized!
