“I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing company. My hot water heater was only two years old when one of the heating elements failed, causing a major leak, so much that it was visible from outside my home. Thankfully, it was still under warranty.

When I called, I spoke with Ms. Brandy, who was incredibly thoughtful and calming during my frantic state. She stayed in constant communication and kept me updated on when the technicians would arrive.

The technicians themselves were professional, courteous, and efficient. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain exactly what went wrong and even showed me the damaged element. They also answered all of my additional questions with patience and clarity.
