Oh my Gandhi! Quentin and Sterling did what they set out to do. They arrived at 4. I live in an 1870s old farm house and the positioning of the water heater was difficult to get in and out. After installation it was discovered that the new water heater was factory defective. They drove to the Brenham Lowe’s. They did not have one. So the drove an hour away to College Station and back with a new one and got back to me house at 9:45 at night. And installed the new one.. never showing their frustration. It was amazing commitment. They explained every step of what to do if I drain it. Very polite and helpful and efficient.
