ARS is amazing! They have the best people! Tyler, Justin and Angel were so courteous and knowledgeable. They arrived on time. Installed my new water heater. Took the old one away and cleaned up after. Thank you again ARS for a job well done.
The technician immediately found the problem, a plugged evaporator line. Dirt had built up outside. He cleared the lines, they drained and he shortened them to prevent reoccurrence. The unit then worked. He knew his “stuff”.
