I used Partin Monument for a family headstone and had a positive experience. I live out of state so I handled the entire transaction with Cheri via email without any hiccups whatsoever. Partin’s pricing was very fair whereas the other monument company I called was twice as much and claimed “tariff’s” were the reason for the price increases. I would definitely recommend Partin if you like small town warmth and fair prices while navigating a difficult time.
The ladies running it were very helpful. I can get back later with the quality of the headstone. They had many to choose from. It's never fun to have to order, but they made it nice. It's a small place and easy to find.
I hate to say that I loved this business, as it was our first stop after we laid my Mom to rest last week. It's a bit raw, but I will say that the assistance we got through this emotionally draining time was second to none. This company has done the headstones for my family in Jacksonville for as long as I can remember and they do an exquisite job in keeping it all uniform, yet perfect for the family below. I will say that they're a bit off path in most cases, but absolutely worth the drive...
