Peyton goes above and beyond for his customers. I reached out to him about my AC not working while outside is over 95 degrees, and he made a late night service. He was very helpful answering any questions I had as this is my first time living in a trailer. Will be the first person I reach out to for any issues again.
I was in need of a repair on my RV. I called Mobile Repair Specialist and spoke to Adam. He came out quickly to diagnose the problem. The hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. He came back the next day and made the exchange putting in the new hot water heater.
A couple of weeks later there’s another problem. The main slides on my Camper would not open. He was able to diagnose but was unable to make repair due to proper equipment. He recommended it to be returned to the place of purchase for them to make the repair.
I would definitely call mobile repair specialist again and would recommend them to anyone needing help on their RVs
Let me start by saying I previously had a really terrible experience with a local RV repair company. That being said, I was nervous to get burned again. I’m thrilled to say that is NOT what happened with Adam! He’s now completed a fridge repair and wheel/brake maintenance on my rig over 2 separate visits. He’s knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. After the previous experience we had, I’m so happy to have found the only company I will use going forward. Highly recommend!!
