Otis heating and air has always come through for us and they did once again. History, they installed both our upstairs and downstairs units. I have spoken to Greg multiple times and he is always straight forward and honest about what the right money to spend is for the reliability and long lasting equipment. This visit was a warranty visit for my upstairs. Chris showed up on time, after a quick conversation he was off to work troubleshooting the issue. Within a few minutes he was on it and fixed up.
