Great supporting staff, experienced nurses who care greatly, take their time with patients, and explain clearly what is going on. We are blessed to have Crosby Neighbors ER close to home. Also very clean facility with modern technology. Thank you for taking care of our entire family! Adults, kids, and babies!
Brought my grandson in after being turned away from another emergency center. Very friendly staff and environment! Short wait and quick results. Dr Marrero is great with kids! April did inform us Medicaid is no longer accepted, but we could still be Assessed to see what the problem was,before paying out of pocket. I would def recommend visiting Neighbors in Crosby.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! Aaron at reception was so nice and helpful. Nurse Bob came out to help me while I waited to be called back. Nurses Krystal & Katie were so sweet getting me squared away. Dr. Sanni-Thomas was great with doing my stitches on my finger. They were just so great overall with their treatment and professionalism!!!!
