Indoor Comfort Experts has been to my house 3 times now, twice for A/C repair and once for heat. All 3 times they have exceeded my expectations. I recently made the MISTAKE of calling a different local (Crosby) A/C company. They sent one of their techs out to have a looksey. The next communication I got was that they needed to install a whole new condenser unit. I was immediately suspicious because my unit is not that old. So I called ICE. The same tech that's been to my home twice before shows up and in 10 minutes had me going. Turns out it was just a capacitor that had gone bad. Indoor Comfort Experts was assigned by my home warranty to diagnose and fix my A/C. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they came at the time they had scheduled. They fixed the issue in no time. The technician was very courteous and helpful, and explained everything in detail. Would use them again!
