Carmen West comes and sprays and always does a great job. She’s very informative when we have questions, when our school is in session or we have a funeral going on, she’s kind and considerate and works around us. Great exterminator!
Carmen always does a great job with our quarterly treatment service. She is friendly, efficient, and takes care with our pets and grandchildren. We are very happy with the results we get between treatments.
Our Company Manages multiple properties in the Houston area. I was in need of a quick turnaround for extermination service on one of our properties. I looked up exterminators in Crosby and Baywood was one of them. I thought I would be making a lot of phone calls trying to get service. Baywood picked up the phone on the second ring with an ACTUAL HUMAN. The woman I spoke to was super nice and even though it was 10 minutes before they closed she booked an appointment for the following morning at 9AM at a very reasonable price. I was shocked.
