In 2010 i purchased my first retriever a Yellow Lab for hunting. I was lucky enough to have him recommended to me. Since then I have had 3 Labs personally with Cross Creek and directed another 6 Labs to them. My 1st Lab was Master and Finished title. When this all began i didn't know anything about the quality of the training my Lab and I were getting. It wasn't until several years of Matt running my 1st lab in HRC/AKC hunt test did i recognize and realize I had the right trainer and training facility. I had my German Shepherd trained for obedience. They did an awesome job. He is doing well after several weeks home. You HAVE to keep it up once you get home and don’t get relaxed. I highly recommend them and to follow their instructions! Thanks for the great work y’all did and the help!
Matt and Helena did a fantastic job with my Chocolate Labrador Whiskey! They also did a good job in training myself and family on our dogs behavior and motivation. In 10 short weeks, our dog is walking correctly on lead, following commands and keeping his attention on us. Matt's tips for us on departure also help us reinforce the dogs training and build on obedience. Unfortunately we got a late start with Whiskey being 14 months old; but I appreciate Matt's honesty and experience in suggesting that we got a late start and additional gun dog training probably be more difficult than starting with a 6 month old puppy.
