When I moved to small Town East Texas, Crockett, I was just starting to regain my strength. As a chiropractor and newcomer to the area, I didn't have many friends yet. But during my year here, I had the pleasure of becoming friends with Eugene Lockhart, a former Dallas Cowboy. Working alongside him and others, I found a desire to do more than just get stronger — I wanted to be more connected. I shared stories about treating the Astros and the Rockets at the family practice now.
This gym is more like family. A vast amount of my patients work out here as well, so I get to practice what I practice.
This is a great gym to go too. It's cleanliness is always at its best and there's plenty of weights for whatever you goals might be. On top of all that the staff is very friendly and are ready to help with any questions you might have. Great gym overall.
My husband & I joined the gym at the beginning on Feb. I wasn’t quite sure about it at first, as I get anxious when I try out the different gyms. We met with Sissy & signed up that same day, and we don’t regret it at all. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly.
