I was supposed to get a dimmer switch! I was told I was getting a switch that I can control. Please call and explain.

Mitchell came out to quote me a new A/C unit and furnace because I wasn’t satisfied with the original company I scheduled with. Mitchell is extremely knowledgeable with everything HVAC. He went over the scope of work without missing a detail and the quote showed that. The other company I was going to use told me what they were installing but left the rest of the work as a verbal confirmation only. Accurate Home Services doesn’t do that and are quite thorough with their quote. 10/10
The guys that came out to do the work busted their tails and got my install down way quicker than I could imagine given the scope of work needed to be completed. 10/10

I had an HVAC issue that was handled quickly and very much to my satisfaction. Tyler made my day! We are all smiles now! Cleaned out my whole system and got us cool! This is very important to this household because I care for 2 disabled people in it. Thank you Accurate Air for being decent, forthright, and for doing the right thing! Your word is good as gold to me!
