Luke called me almost immediately, and we talked about what was going on with my roofs (yes, plural). He did some wizardry and found the date of my last hailstorm, and the size hail that we had. Based on that information, we didn’t have long to get in an insurance claim if there was one to be made. He scheduled to come out and inspect my roofs at my earliest convenience. Great experience with TX Metal master. I was getting the run around with companies saying they provide metal roofs but only doing the new metal shingles. None of the other companies could simply give an estimate based on roof size. But TX Metal Master was great. They were able to give me a quote on the phone after a little analysis on their part and they stuck to their quote. it was great to work with an estimator that didn't disappear and was reachable throughout the process. The crew that came out was excellent and the workmanship matches. We're very happy with our new roof and I'm happy to recommend them to my neighbors and family.
