I have never in all my 42 years almost fallen asleep while getting my hair cut, but that would be the case here. I was so relaxed and very pleased with the whole visit. I highly recommend this place a 6 out of 5.
My water bill kept rising and rising over several months and the latest one was over $222. I called my water company and someone there recommended Austin Brackenridge. I called left a message and he promptly called back. He and his worker came out performed a toilet dye test and found that one was leaking somewhere between tank and bowl. He came back out within a few days with new commode and installed it. Very satisfied with several things. He returned my call promptly. He came out when he said he would and brought new commode and installed same day. He also repaired a botched job done by someone else here in Covington by replacing a cartridge put in backwards in our guest shower so now almost 3 years later we can use the guest shower. WIN WIN. It now has hot water. He was professional, honest and reliable. He is a RMP, Responsible Master Plumber licensed with the state. His worker was professional, friendly and hard working as well.
