I saw Texas Metal Master’s ad on Facebook. I’ve seen lots of roofing company ads before, and I was … skeptical, but I was also concerned about my roof, so I clicked on it. Luke called me almost immediately, and we talked about what was going on with my roofs (yes, plural). He did some wizardry and found the date of my last hailstorm, and the size hail that we had. Based on that information, we didn’t have long to get in an insurance claim if there was one to be made. He scheduled to come out and inspect my roofs at my earliest convenience. Texas Metal Masters were top notch with handling our roof needs after a large hail storm damaged the roof of our home and pole barn. Luke walked us through the process of upgrading from asphalt shingles to metal on our home, and he worked hand in hand with our home owners insurance (USAA) to ensure we were taken care of.
