I had the pleasure of working with Watkins Electric & Air Conditioning in Corsicana, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Terry came out to handle my service request, and from the moment he arrived, it was clear I was working with a true professional. He showed up quickly after I called, which was a huge relief because I needed the work done as soon as possible.
Terry was not only prompt, but he was also extremely knowledgeable about both electrical work and air conditioning systems. Well to be honest, there’s no words than can describe the level of real genuine customer care that Terry has!!!! Great service and ALWAYS shows up for us. His prices are super reasonable, and he is truly a gentleman to work with!!! He offers same-day service, orders parts quickly and provides very quality work. There have been many times during the mid-summer where we thought the a/c was completely shot, and Terry got it back blowing cool and strong very quickly! I cannot stress enough that if you have an issue going on with electric or a/c in the Corsicana area, please contact Terry. He is the real deal!!!
