Place is really clean and organized, staff is helpful. There was one staff member is particular i did not catch her name but she asked me if i needed help and i asked if she could help me shade match to a foundation,. She looked at me and said “ehhhh” and to me that sounded like she did not want to help, then says “i could but im not good at shade matching with that foundation.” That remark immediately ruined my mood and at that point i no longer even wanted her help. She did try to shade match me(which shouldn’t be hard to do i am very fair and there was only like 4 fair shades of the foundation) but i do not understand how an employee of a makeup store was...read full review
The store is clean and well organized. The staff is great especially Justine she went out of way to help me and even recommended some products for my skin and the particular look I was going for with mascaras. Great store!
