While our initial experience was very disappointing and ultimately required Haylee to have extensive corrective color work done at another salon, I also believe it’s important to recognize when a business takes responsibility.

The owner took the time to meet with us in person, listened to our concerns without being dismissive, reviewed the documentation we provided, and worked with us to reach a fair resolution. I genuinely appreciated that he approached the conversation with kindness, professionalism, and accountability.

Although I wish our daughter’s first hair coloring experience had gone differently, I also believe that how a business responds when things don’t go as planned says a lot about its character. For that reason, I’m updating my review to reflect not only our original experience but also the way the owner handled the situation afterward.

Was really nice, great cut, but I just realized it's not exactly like the picture I showed her. The guy in the picture does not have these straight shag bangs. I wanted closer to the guy's mullet, not a girly shag. I'm still happy with it because I felt great and walked out looking much better than when I walked in.“
