Workers showed up as scheduled and completed work in a professional manner. The workers were very courteous and cleaned all trash when finished.
The roofers did a great job. The only problem I had is that the management never answered or returned calls when I wanted to ask about the schedule. I didn't know they were coming until the day before and only because I called to ask. The only answer I got was from the ladies who answered the phones. Maybe they should be given a raise because honestly, the supervisors, salesmen or whatever they are do not value their customers enough to answer or return your call.
Ruben and his team were on point from the jump. On time consultation, honest eta on start date, dealt with a mechanical issue beyond his control, before and after drone shots.
