Initial contact was very professional; great assessment, thorough walk-through, and explanation. They pressure washed and calked; helped in selection of the perfect color. The painting crew was polite, courteous, and very meticulous, and left the worksite clean. Customer Service Manager Luis, and Foremen Julio and Hector were outstanding. Southern Painting did a nice job painting the exterior of the house. They came out a couple times to walk down the job. They replaced a lot of rotten wood and did a great job. The grain of the new wood didn't match the wood that was still good, but you wouldn't be able to tell from the street. They worked quickly. They picked up all the trash when the job was done. The best part was they did a final walk through and touched up everything I asked them to and they didn't press me about the final payment until I was happy with the touch ups. I would hire them again.
Great customer service. In the midst of painting I had anxious moment about the color and they worked with me to find the perfect color. Thank you for a job well done, a very clean work area upon completion and a wonderful crew! I will using them again in the future!
