First off, let me just say Nikki is amazing! Secondly, this is where y’all get the 2 stars…I can understand that when someone uses a certain hair stylist you should usually keep using them. But I work 6 days 12 hour shifts so I thought I’d go in while I had the time since I’m way over due…. I only asked for a highlight retouch. Shouldn’t be to big of a deal. Not only was the stylist not confident in herself but her own manager wasn’t either. That’s sad, honestly. How are you to get the experience if your own management tells you to refuse service. I can understand if I got what I really wanted, but since my stylist wasn’t here I chose just a retouch.

Nicki was beyond amazing!!! She gave our toddler the cutest haircut and was absolutely awesome with him and really listened and gave him the haircut we wanted. We will totally be back for sure!!Services: Curly hair
