The business provides high-level quality care, with friendly and professional staff. The front desk, nurses, and doctor are all welcoming and attentive. The doctor is thorough and explains everything in detail, with a kind and clear bedside manner. The office is clean and well-appointed, with a focus on patient comfort and respect.
Dr. Bhakta and his staff are excellent. They treat people with all types of conditions equally. My kids have seeing him for over 7 years. He never fails us. One of my kids developed a rare condition that affected her eyes. He was knowledgeable and keeps us updated on the best options to keep her eyes healthy while managing a very rare condition. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Bhakta for a couple of years and I appreciate him being in Corpus, making himself available to help people. He is thorough, polite, thoughtful and stands on business. I like that he gives you valuable information about your eyes during the exam and not just the basics. I recently brought my 9 year old here for a second opinion and I’m glad I did. He took more time with her than the doctor we’d been to prior to this visit and was very patient with her lengthy responses 😆. He and his staff are all very nice. No one talks down to you. If he ever moves to a bigger place, I hope he doesn’t go far
Diagnosed my Wife with early on-set Glaucoma. We're forever grateful
