The experience was great my first time going. However l couldn't get my glasses due to my insurance out of network. Yet Pasty was great very energetic and advise me to go where my insurance is taken. Go to Pasty she will try her best to get what you need.

I attempted to stump even the most experienced employee that has to navigate the optometry nuances of the Texas medical Board… However I was no match for Raquel.
Not only did she quickly identify what problem was, my potential options, BUT she went above and beyond to help me with a few of the more precarious steps.
She didn’t get a raise by helping this nurse be able to see clearly around Corpus, no medals or awards… but she changed my life.
And that’s worth something.
I've been an eye club member for many years and have never had a negative experience here! Finally coming here to leave a physical review because the front desk lady I encountered this past Saturday, Raquel, was so unbelievably sweet and courteous and went above and beyond for me! She's also the woman that I spoke with the day before about my contacts coming in yet or not, and she didn't just dismiss me she empathized and encouraged me to call back again later that evening because they would likely be ready then.
