I just moved here and finding a hairstylist is always a tricky thing. I heard about Luxe and am so glad i checked it out! Scheduled an appointment with Karen and looking no more. She did my hair and eyebrows and is now my go to for both! She's wonderful and can't recommend her enough!!
I appreciate that the staff took the time to explain everything honestly and I respect their professionalism. However, the experience was a bit frustrating because I was asked to come in and wait until my 4pm appointment only to find out the service couldn’t be done. I would have preferred being told over the phone so I didn’t make the trip. I understand is not their fault, but I did leave feeling like my time was wasted.
Went in on Monday, and had the best service! If I remember right I had Karen and she did an absolute amazing job. I had really long thick hair and needed something new and not many people can tame thick hair like she did. My best hair cut in all my years by far. Would highly recommend this salon! The owner is very nice as well. And overall amazing place.
