She deserves ZERO stars!!! In February I went for highlights & stood directly in front of her as she wrote in my next appt. Today May 4, 2024 is the third time she does not write me down for my appointment even after I called her to confirm & she stated it was May 4 at 11am. therefore I’m screwed yet once again! She also raised her voice and told me that if she didn’t write it down then there is no appt! I will never recommend ESTILOS They also NEVER call back after leaving messages. So so sad!

My sister asked me to post this for her. She has made 2 separate appointments with Iliana, for a haircut. The first time she showed up, they said she had no appointment. So she made 2nd appointment, in person, with owner, Iliana. She phoned to inquire of the specific date 2 weeks prior to 2nd appt. She was told May 4th at 11 a.m. She shows up and guess what? NO APPOINTMENT. I,Patti Garcia, will never go there again. Very poor service by the actual owner!

I needed a new salon and had tried two different ones before I found this one. Love, love it the owner is the one that does hair, color, highlights, cuts, styles, extensions among other things. She is extremely good at what she does. I have recommended her to several people and all love it.
