Dugan Eye Institute

I appreciate the professionalism given to me by the staff at the institute. Appointments are timely and efficient. Dr Dugan and Dr Ebe have treated my eyes for years and both make me feel at ease and answer all of my questions.

Staff was friendly and efficient. But most impressive was Dr. Dugan‘s attitude toward all his patients. From my waiting room I could hear him speaking respectfully to everyone he met with.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, Mrs. E. Reyes, She had an appointment today through Wellmat for an annual eye exam where my mother had several questions to ask Dr. Dugan about her serve stock, she had a while back, causing her eye vision to worsen. She was told that she had an appointment for having her eye glass prescription filled which she's never been given one... and then was rescheduled for an appointment for January of 2021 to see Dr Dougan... Really?!?
