I am a 78-year-old female who has high praise for Dr. Dugan and his entire staff. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my multiple experiences at Coastal Bend Eye Center (900 Morgan Avenue in Corpus Christi, Texas). From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt completely at ease and in the best hands possible. Appointment for my uncle was @8:45 and still waiting in the lobby area @10am for lasik procedure. I went up to front desk and was told they’re sorry and that a nurse still had to do a test before the procedure SMH
My first exam at Palmera Mall was on Feb 2025, it took longer for what I was use too for contact fitting, Dr Smith was very patient with my exam. He took all the necessary time with me; he didn’t rush me and thoughtfully listened to and answered all my concerns. Finally, after the fourth fitting, he was able to correct the vision that would perfectly fit vision for contacts. I just hope next year exam would go a lot smoother.
