We had a catastrophic leak in our 14 story condo high rise in Downtown Corpus Christi. I called Isiah at Balfor, and within no time they showed up and surveyed the damage and had a plan of action. They have been timely and prompt, very professional, and very up front. They had pricing up front, and they were very flexible with us and our schedules and budgets. They took excellent care of us and the building, which is no small task when dealing with a building this large. Reached out to Isiah when we were in a pinch. He listened to what our needs were. He and Josh came to our property quickly to give us a quote and they both took the time to review it with me. Once approved, Adam came out and got us taken care of. All of them helped immensely in getting us taken care of without issue. Definitely recommend. 🙌🏽
