Was in town for a conference (6 hrs from home) and my contact ripped. I use a different location of this retailer back home. My husband was about to drive to me to bring me another contact but I told him let me make a call and see if they have access to my prescription. These ladies were so sweet and caring! They had a contact waiting on me when I arrived and had everything I needed to ensure I was taken care of. They did not have to help me or go the extra mile but I will be forever grateful for the kindness they showed me! God bless these wonderful people!
I was feeling down after my exam, being told that I needed to see a specialist. I picked out some random glasses so I could pay the $239 and go home. My mood was immediately changed when the lady told me about a deal, buying 2 pairs made the exam free. I’d save $30. I was alone so her and another lady helped me look at different pairs. It felt like a scene in a movie because they were making it such a fun time. Too bad I didn’t get their names.
