These guys are AMAZING! The customer service is second to none. Professionalism & Integrity are the keystone during my interactions with them. My roof was damaged by hail. This was my first major home repair & I was worried. A couple of the employees live in my neighborhood & my next neighbor said they are recommended by the other neighbors. I called Bauer to feel them out about how this process would go. Levi was beyond anything I could have asked for. He went to my home the same day for a free inspection. He then offered to help me with insurance and even did a 3 way call with me & the insurance company. He went a step further & filed all the necessary paperwork AND met the adjuster at my house. He went over all the materials my home would need & the products they would use & even gave me a background and rationale about why they use certain products. He even offered to talk to my parents who were worried I would be scammed in the process being a single female & not the most knowledgeable on the subject I look like an easy mark for the less scrupulous businesses. He reviewed my contract with me so I understood what I was signing. They were so fast & efficient in their work process that my roof was done within 3 days of my claim being approved. I paid the deductible & they got started. My insurance company hadn’t even issued me a check! Now they are working with me as I await the rest of my insurance payment. Levi is such an easy person to communicate with which just makes him a really likable guy. He even met with my property manager to coordinate the roof schedule & garage door & screen installations. He did a bunch of little things that he didn’t have to do but he did because he believes a job worth doing it worth doing well. I cannot say enough good things about this company or the people who work there. They set the standard in construction & roofing.
